Honey Mustard Cocktail Sausages with Red Pepper Dip Recipe: Veggie

Ingredients:

Tivall Cocktail Sausages
2 tbsp runny honey
1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
jar of roasted red peppers
4 tbsp olive oil
salt, pepper and dried chili flakes

method:

  • Heat Tivall Cocktail Sausages in the microwave for one minute. Drizzle the sausages with a mixture of 2 tbsp runny honey and 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard.
  • Return to microwave for 30 seconds. Meanwhile, in a blender blitz a jar of roasted red peppers with 4 tbsp olive oil until smooth. Add salt, pepper and dried chili flakes to taste.
