Healthier Beans on Toast Recipe: Veggie

Ingredients:

4 slices Warburtons Fibre Boost bread
400g can baked beans
1 small red pepper, deseeded and diced
4 spring onions, finely chopped
butter (optional)

method:

  • Heat the baked beans in a small pan for about 2-3 minutes. Stir the diced pepper and chopped spring onions into the beans and heat through.
  • Toast the bread to your liking, butter it if you wish, then spoon the beans over.
