Forest Fruits and Apple Ice Lollies

When you make ice lollies yourself, you can be sure that there's nothing artificial in them. Children will love them too
Ingredients:2 Pink Lady apples, peeled, cored and diced
4 tbsp water
450g fresh or frozen forest fruit berries
75g caster sugar
You'll also need:
ice lolly moulds
- Place the apples and place in a pan with the 4 tbsp water. Cook for four minutes, add the fresh or frozen forest fruit berries and cook for a further three mins.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the caster sugar until it dissolves. Taste and add a little more sugar if necessary. Purée the fruit (to remove the seeds), then cool. Pour into ice lolly moulds and freeze overnight.
