Spiced Berry Hot Chocolate

Inspired by the increasingly popular flavours of a rich Black Forest Gateau, this hot chocolate is the perfect accompaniment for those seriously indulgent ‘me-time moments’. Bottlegreen's Berry Hot Chocolate is a delicious combination of spiced rum – the spirit trend this year – and rich, dark chocolate, all beautifully offset with the festive burst of Winter Spiced Berry Cordial.
Ingredients:
50ml spiced rum (optional)60g dark chocolate
175ml oat milk
1 tbsp vegan dark chocolate powder
10ml bottlegreen Spiced Berry Cordial
large vegan-friendly marshmallows, toasted, to garnish
method:
- Heat the milk in a pan before adding the remaining ingredients, and stir well. Garnish with toasted marshmallows.
